An evening shaped by some of Champagne’s most celebrated houses, brought to Bistro Massilia by De Vine Cellars for one night only.

Join us for a guided masterclass with Moët Hennessy and De Vine Cellars, led by Prestige Ambassador Dean O’Reilly. Across the night, enjoy six exceptional champagnes from the Moët Hennessy portfolio, each poured with insight, context and story.

In the kitchen, Chef Matt Mills presents a four course menu designed to complement each glass. Classic technique, seasonal Western Australian produce and a menu built to match the structure, elegance and energy of Champagne.
